On Thursday 23 April, we hosted a successful event in collaboration with Microsoft, underscoring the strong and growing interest in how artificial intelligence and technology are shaping the future of legal services and the important role Bowmans continues to play in leading this conversation.
The event showcased:
- Bowmans’ AI journey and how we are thoughtfully embedding AI into our ways of working.
- A live demonstration of Microsoft Copilot, basic Copilot agents, and its relevance to legal workflows.
- New information on Copilot’s integration of Claude into its product suite.
- Practical, real world AI use cases and quick win applications that enhance efficiency, insight, and value for clients.
A key theme throughout the discussion was the importance of building digital confidence recognising that while AI will not replace lawyers, lawyers who understand and use technology effectively will be better equipped to deliver strategic, high quality legal advice in an evolving legal landscape. By taking repetitive work out of legal practice, AI enables our people to focus on judgement, strategy, and what matters most to our clients.
