  • Managing numerous complex cross-border projects, focusing on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and shareholder engagement for the implementation of employee incentive schemes. She played a key role in designing and implementing an employee share ownership plan (ESOP) for a listed financial services provider in Southern Africa, navigating corporate, tax, and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions. The project required securing approvals from two separate stock exchanges and culminated in overwhelming shareholder support.
