We hosted our 14th Annual Africa Competition Law Conference: an opportunity for our Competition Law experts and our guests to delve into the real stories shaping our continent’s markets. From navigating complex merger control, to unpacking enforcement in Africa’s key sectors, and asking the brave question: is big bad, or do African Champions have a role in driving our growth?
The day kicked off with welcome remarks from Maryanne Angumuthoo, followed by a keynote address from Dr Willard Mwemba COMESA Competition and Consumer Commission’s director and chief executive officer.
Next were three panel discussions titled:
