Ros Davey from Bowman Gilfillan Africa Group, highlights the damage that can be done to a company`s brand from employees` inappropriate use of social media. Individuals such as Penny Sparrow and Gareth Cliff have shown just how social media can cause a stir. Joining CNBC Africa to discuss this is Khomotso Makapane, partner at Bowman Gilfillan Africa Group, who works in the Employment Law practice area for dispute resolution.
