Tori Herholdt is a partner in our Cape Town office and a member of the Dispute Resolution Department.

She has been involved in a number of large arbitrations (both local and international) and high-profile High Court cases where she has worked as part of teams representing various large corporate clients. With regard to her international arbitration experience, she has been involved in proceedings governed by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Rules and the International Chamber of Commerce’s Rules of Arbitration.

She has BA and LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town.
