Overview
Tochukwu advises South African and international corporates on a broad spectrum of tax matters across multiple sectors, including banking and financial services, private equity, consumer goods, and digital solutions.
Tochukwu’s experience extends to providing guidance on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate tax considerations, funding structures, international tax matters, exchange control, and establishing operations in South Africa. She also has experience in corporate restructurings, tax due diligence investigations, tax dispute resolution, the preparation of tax opinions, advising on employee incentive schemes and analysing the tax consequences of such schemes, and assisting with end-to-end deal execution.
