Sanele has assisted in advising several local and international corporate and public sector clients, particularly in the sectors of FMCG entertainment, media, aviation, technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, distributing, building, construction, and mining. His experience includes advising clients on various employment matters, including organizational restructures, collective and individual labour law. He has vast experience with employment litigation at the CCMA, various Bargaining Councils, the Labour Court and the Labour Appeal Court. He has also assisted in conducting investigations, initiating disciplinary hearings and advising on different aspects in the realm of workplace related misconduct, grievances and compliance.

Sanele has also assisted with drafting, updating and the revision of employment policies and contracts and conducting training on employment law-related topics such as dismissals and harassment in the workplace.
