Her corporate experience includes advising on complex energy projects, corporate and project financing transactions, tax advisory matters, debt restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and data protection compliance.

In the disputes arena, Precious has acted for clients across a wide range of disputes, including domestic and international arbitrations, employment-related litigation, high‑value commercial claims, capital markets and shareholder disputes, as well as sensitive corporate investigations. She has been actively involved at every stage of the dispute lifecycle; formulating defense strategies, responding to claims, participating in mediations, managing pre‑trial discovery and trial proceedings, conducting corporate investigation interviews and negotiating favourable settlements.

  • CrossBoundary Energy, a renewable energy investment company, in relation to captive power and wheeling projects in Zambia.
  • Development Finance Institute Canada, Canada’s development finance institution, in relation to tax related queries.
  • Independent Power Producer in Africa, in relation to the regulatory and contractual aspects pertaining to Private Energy Sales in Zambia.
