  • DRA Global in the business rescue proceedings of Group 5 Ltd. DRA has a large contingent claim against Group 5.
  • PRASA in its litigation against Siyangena Technologies Limited in relation to contracts awarded to Siyangena worth ZAR 5.5billion in respect of work to be concluded for the Fifa Soccer World Cup of 2010.
  • The business rescue practitioner of Mango SOC Ltd. Mango’s creditor claims is approximately ZAR 2.5 billion.
