Nikita has experience in both corporate advisory work and litigious matters, including conducting employment due diligences, preparing and advising on employment contracts, reviewing and advising on workplace policies, conducting workplace investigations and assisting with proceedings at the CCMA and in the Labour Court.
Nikita advises on a wide range of data protection matters, including transferring personal information to holding companies abroad, the sharing of personal information with third parties, the processing of special personal information and compliance with the provisions of POPIA.
