Nicole has experience in a diverse range of litigation matters, representing clients in the High Court of South Africa and Supreme Court of Appeal with a focus on complex commercial disputes, and advising on various data protection and privacy regulation related matters.

- A global technology services company in court proceedings relating to the cancellation of a black economic empowerment (BEE) transaction tainted by, amongst others, non-disclosure of financial interests and collusion on the part of its directors and prescribed officers.*
- One of South Africa’s leading banks in respect of recovery actions against defaulting creditors in business rescue proceedings and ensuing liquidation proceedings.*
- A French multinational company with expertise in the defence and security sector, seeking to acquire entities incorporated in South Africa, on compliance with local data protection and privacy laws.*
- A mining company specialising in the mining of manganese ore in respect of contractual disputes arising from material healthy and safety breaches by its former contractor.*
- A company with interests in the construction, engineering, manufacturing and property industries in South Africa in arbitration proceeding involving a number of contractual disputes arising from the construction a small coal plant.*
