- A manufacturer and distributor of energy saving and environment friendly equipment, on a subscription transaction by an international investor.*

- The Embassy of Sweden on various employment-related matters, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies.
- BigCold Kenya Limited (BigCold) on trade union related agreements.
