Experience
Liza has advised:
- Domino Investments Limited, on the sale of 8 parcels of land in Naivasha worth USD 7.6 million and measuring a total of 1,637 acres to Evergreen Avocados Limited and Evergreen Herbs Limited, subsidiaries of Agris (the agriculture and forestry division of investment company Maris) and Granot International Limited.
- Maisha Housing Limited, on the purchase of 4 parcels of land within Tilisi worth KES. 330.8 million and measuring a total of 8.94 acres from Tilisi Developments Plc in Tilisi. Tilisi sits on a 400-acre master planned and mixed-use development. There are only two such developments in Kenya.
- On Kenyan land law matters in operation of the Kwale Mineral Sands Operation, a Kenya Vision 2030 flagship mining project and is Kenya’s largest mineral sands mine.
- Several commercial banks on preparation and perfection of securities. Some of these banks include Stanbic Bank Limited, Ecobank Kenya Limited, Prime Bank Limited, NCBA Bank Kenya Plc.
