At Bowmans, she has played a key role in forming private equity funds, executing private equity transactions, and assisting clients with a range of matters, including drafting and negotiating legal documents. Before joining Bowmans, Kelly was part of the transactional team at a prominent law firm in Mauritius, where she gained substantial expertise in advising clients on various corporate, commercial, and cross-border transactions

Kelly’s experience includes advising:
- Tlcom Capital LLP, the fund manager of Tide Africa II LP, on the several closings including its final close at $ 154 million.
- Enza Capital Management in the set up and closings of Enza Capital II LP.
- Inside Capital Partner, a Mauritius based fund manager, in the setting up and the first closing of Inside Equity II L.P.
Qualifications
- LLB(Hons) law with business finance degree from the University of Buckingham.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the City University.
