Moreover, Godana has been featured as a speaker in the World Intellectual Property Conversation (WIPO) on Intellectual Property and Frontier Technologies and is a regular participant in WIPO’s stakeholder forums.

  • Dutch development bank, FMO, on the insolvency and restructuring aspects of its capital injection in Komaza Forestry Limited (under Administration), a distressed entity, in one of the region’s first successful distressed financing transactions involving institutional investors, Land Degradation Neutrality Fund and AXA Impact Fund.
  • British International Investment PLC in relation to the sale of its 10.13% stake in the issued share capital of I&M Group PLC, a leading commercial bank in Eastern Africa.
  • Mawingu Networks Limited in its Series B Investment consisting of a capital raise involving three (3) equity investors: InfraCo Africa Investment Limited and the existing institutional investors, EAVF and Dutch development bank, FMO.
  • Congo Energy Solutions Limited in its Series B Capital Raise and debt-equity conversion involving various existing institutional investors such as Proparco, EAVF and GAIA Impact Fund, among others.
  • A leading fresh fish and sea food exports group in reviewing its corporate structure.
  • Providing setting up advice and post-registration support for clients in different sectors including the insurance sectors, telecommunications sectors, banking sectors as well as charitable entities looking to set up in Kenya.
