- Kenyan counsel to Citibank N.A. Kenya as lender in connection with the financing of KES 9,200,000,000 to the International Finance Corporation.

- Leading oil importer in connection with the proposed acquisition of certain property in Mombasa. The deal was worth USD6 million.

- A leading non-dealing online foreign exchange broker in connection with its application for a license from the Capital Markets Authority as an online-non dealing foreign exchange broker.
- MCF 2 Kenya Limited in connection with its application for a digital credit provider from the Central Bank of Kenya. The license has now been issued.
- Yellow Card Financial Inc. in connection with various regulatory matters relating to crypto currencies and various products offered by Yellow Card in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
- Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in connection with the regulation of financial services law in relation to a product that the Foundation wanted to roll out in Kenya.
- Visa Inc in connection with various regulatory matters relating to crypto currencies and financial sector regulation.
