Edwin has vast experience in assisting clients with tax matters especially from the Mining, Financial, Telecommunication, and Consumer Manufacturing sector. Edwin played a key role from a Tanzania tax perspective for a merger transaction for one of the largest pharmaceutical and biotechnology company in the world. Edwin has also assisted in conducting tax due diligence for acquisition of one of the telecommunication companies in Tanzania. In his career, Edwin has also helped his clientele including one of the largest banks in Tanzania in answering queries and leading discussions during TRA’s audit.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Metallurgy and Mineral Processing Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam.
- Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
- Registered Tax Consultant with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA), Qualified Accountant by ACCA and National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA).
