Overview

Danielle is a multi-disciplinary consultant, having qualified as an attorney at a top-tier law firm and being retained in tax, she then moved across to a multi-national accounting and consultancy firm, building experience in corporate law, reward and remuneration and employment and mobility. This experience has led to a focus in reward and remuneration with a special interest in designing and implementing incentive schemes and considering the local and cross-border tax implications related to these implementations as well as the governance and practical aspects related to scheme implementation.

Danielle has designed short and long-term incentives for both unlisted and listed companies and has worked with several of the top 40 listed companies on the JSE. She has also assisted in numerous cross-border due diligence reviews with an employment, reward and tax focus.  She enjoys improving efficiencies in consulting and legal practice through the use of automation and technology.
