Prior to joining Bowmans, Craig was a law clerk at the Constitutional Court of South Africa.

- Mr Price Group Ltd in relation to its majority stake acquisition of the unlisted Johannesburg-based clothing retail group, Studio 88.
- Mr Price Group Ltd in relation to the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital in the Yuppiechef group.
- Mr Price Group Ltd in relation to the acquisition of the business and assets of Otto Brothers Distributors (Pty) Ltd trading as Power Fashion.

- Capitec Bank Ltd on the acquisition of the remaining issued shares held by other shareholders in Avafin Holding Ltd, an international consumer lending group.
