Experience
Brigitte has advised:
- Capitec Bank Holdings Limited on its acquisition of approx. 57.03% of the issued shares of AvaFin Holding Ltd, a provider of online and offline unsecured consumer lending in various jurisdictions.
- Ampersand Capital Partners in relation to an acquisition by one of its portfolio companies, P95 BV, of 100% of the share capital of On Q Research Proprietary Limited, a contract research company that conducts clinical trials on behalf of its clients in the pharmaceuticals industry.
- Microchem Bluesky Proprietary Limited in respect of the sale of 100% of the issued shares in SA Lab Experts Proprietary Limited to AGQ Technological Corporate S.L.
- Kuunda Holdings Limited, a digital lending service provider, in relation to its USD5 million pre-series A capital raise.
- A South African software development company in relation to its internal restructuring to facilitate the entry of a broad-based black economic empowerment partner.
