- Successfully represented NCBA Bank Kenya PLC in an employment claim arising from the merger between CBA and NIC before the Employment and Labour Relations Court. The decision highlighted the process to be followed when dealing with employees during mergers.
- Successfully represented a subsidiary of an Income-REIT in two commercial disputes referred to domestic arbitration arising from a Share Purchase Agreement and a Water Supply Agreement.
- Successfully represented a leading manufacturer of toothpaste and dental products before the Advertising Standards Committee in relation a claim for misleading advertisement of a toothpaste brand in the Kenyan market. The matter is ongoing on appeal before the Standards Appeal Council.
- Successfully represented Microsoft East Africa Ltd in an image rights and data breach lawsuit filed at the High Court arising from an image used in commercial advertising for its Windows
- Undertaking due diligence for litigation and disputes by advising, among others, LeapFrog Investments in relation to an investment in Pula Advisors AG.
- Conducted a legal audit of Absa Bank Kenya PLC to ensure compliance with prevailing laws.
- Advised various corporations in relation to their employment policies and provided representation at the Employment and Labour Relations Court and Court of Appeal.
