Raiza Ballim is an associate in our Dispute Resolution Department and a member of the Employment and Benefits Practice Group.
Raiza has recently completed her articles and has worked in various dispute and corporate rotation and has managed to understand the fundamental principles of those aspects of law. The aspects of law that she has been exposed to include corporate litigation, employment litigation and telecommunication and media.

Recently Raiza has assisted on the following matters:
- City of Cape Town: assisted in drafting a template contract for the municipality to use when IT services providers are awarded a tender.
- African Rainbow Minerals: assisted in arbitration proceedings relating to the dissolution of a joint venture.
- Environ skincare: assisted in arbitration proceedings in the CCMA relating to an unfair labour practice dispute.
