Mili has over 15 years of experience, she specialises in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and corporate and commercial law. Her expertise extends to advising private and public transactions, initial public offerings and listed company transactions and has a broad range of general corporate law experience.
She has a particular interest in corporate governance, corporate reorganisations and restructurings and has experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions.

- Export Trading Group regarding onboarding the Public Investment Corporation as a strategic partner.
- Epiroc South Africa in relation to its B-BBEE transactions in South Africa.
- Coca-Cola Beverages Africa on its aborted IPO on the JSE.
- Alexander Forbes on the dual track (M&A and IPO) process which resulted in Alexander Forbes listing on the JSE.
- Dis-Chem Pharmacies on its listing on the JSE.
- Delta Property Fund Limited in relation to a private placement and listing on the JSE.
- Schneider Electric in relation to its ZAR 850 million sale of Conlog, a leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of pre-paid electricity meters and related applications.
