Neel has experience in advising local clients on domestic transactions, which include corporate and commercial matters. Prior to joining Bowmans, Neel conducted his practice as a litigator representing corporate bodies and individuals before the various courts of Mauritius.
His expertise includes drafting as well as reviewing corporate documents, participating in due diligence investigations and managing corporate documentation in Mauritius.

- Drafting and reviewing of legal documentation and advising from a Mauritius law perspective on corporate transactions.
- Legal advice on commercial and regulatory matters
- Review of AML-CFT manuals and policies
