- Africa50 & Power Grid Corporation of India Limited on Kenya’s first transmission PPP with KETRACO, covering PPP structuring, risk allocation, procurement strategy, and engagement with government stakeholders.
- Haskoning Nederland B.V. on the Naivasha Special Economic Zone and the Domestic Bulk Water Supply & Wastewater PPP (PIIP), including PPP compliance, project development considerations, land and environmental risk assessment.
- A confidential client on regulatory approvals and the negotiation of a biomass co-generation Power Purchase Agreement with Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC).
