IFLR RECOGNISES 13 BOWMANS PRACTICES ACROSS THE CONTINENT IN TIER 1
IFLR1000 has once again recognised Bowmans’ excellence advising on complex and multi-jurisdictional corporate and finance matters in Africa.
IFLR1000’s Financial and Corporate Guide for 2023, which was released today (23 November), shows that Bowmans was ranked in 19 areas, with 13 rated in the top tier. In addition, 45 of its lawyers were highlighted for their expertise.
The publication 'undertakes qualitative research into law firms and lawyers’ and identifies and ranks ‘leading financial and corporate law firms and lawyers’ in 250 countries. According to the publishers, the research and rankings are assessed ‘on the basis of transactional work’.
In Kenya Bowmans was included in Tier 1 in all six available categories: Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Development: Energy/Power, Project Development: Infrastructure and Project Development: Mining.
In South Africa, Bowmans was rated Tier 1 in seven of the eight available categories: in Banking, Capital Markets: Debt, Capital Markets: Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Development: Energy/Power, Project Development: Infrastructure and Project Development: Mining.
