BOWMANS GROWS ITS TAX PRACTICE WITH THE APPOINTMENT OF TWO NEW PARTNERS

Johannesburg, 1 March 2018: Leading Pan-African law firm Bowmans has appointed Adele de Jager and Michael Rudnicki as partners in its Tax Practice.

De Jager moves from KPMG where she was a tax partner and head of Mining Tax for Southern Africa. She specialises in general corporate tax, M&A and mining-related tax. De Jager is a registered chartered accountant and has an M Comm (Taxation) from the University of Pretoria. 

Rudnicki was also previously at KPMG where he had held the position of head of M&A, Financial Services Tax and the Private Equity Sector for Southern Africa since 2015. He specialises in banking, M&A and private equity transactions, executive incentive schemes and general corporate tax. He is a chartered account and has an M Com (Tax) from the University of Johannesburg, a B Com Hons (Tax) from the University of Cape Town and a Higher Certificate and Higher Diploma in Financial Instruments from the Academy of Financial Markets.
