Shené is a Forensic Investigator in the firm’s Corporate Investigations Practice at the Pretoria offices. She joined Bowmans in 2022, having obtained her BCom degree in Forensic Accountancy (2020) and BCom Honours degree in Forensic Accountancy (2021) at the North-West University (Potchefstroom campus).

Shené completed BCom Honours Forensic Accountancy modules that include relevant coursework such as:

• Expert Evidence;
• Financial Accounting;
• Forensic Investigations;
• Forensic IT;
• Internal Audit;
• Procurement; and
• Psychology.

Relevant Experience

Shené joined Bowmans from January 2022 as a graduate. Her prior experience includes:

• forensic investigation work and data capturing for Romlab between November 2019 and January 2020;
• forensic investigation work for Numberpro Forensic Accountants between December 2019 and January 2020; and
• forensic investigation work, data capturing and data analytics for NutriFeeds during January 2021.
