Jessica is an associate in the Banking and Finance Department of our Johannesburg office and a member of the General Finance Practice.

Jessica specialises in banking and finance law and has experience in secured and syndicated lending, acquisition finance and aviation finance.

She has BA and LLB degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand.

• Advised a large South African food manufacturer in respect of a B-BBEE restructure implicating multiple credit facilities;
• Advised a syndicate of local financial institutions in respect of a preference share funding transaction involving a large South African hospitality and entertainment company;
• Advised a South African bank in respect of a ZAR 400 000,00 term loan involving various real estate developers in South Africa, Botswana, Mauritius, and Croatia.
