TAXPAYERS BEWARE – TAX ADMINISTRATION ACT DEADLINES

The more things change, the more they stay the same? In the case of the Tax Administration Act No 28 of 2011 (“the TAA”) the answer is both “Yes” and “No”. And a taxpayer would be well advised to rather go and check the details, before assuming that what used to apply, would still apply.
