GLOBAL IP AWARD FOR BOWMAN GILFILLAN AFRICA OFFICE IN KENYA

The World Trademark Review (WTR) has awarded a gold ranking to the Intellectual Property (IP) team at Bowman Gilfillan Africa Group’s Coulson Harney office in Nairobi, Kenya. This year’s publication identifies the trademark industry’s leading lights in 71 jurisdictions around the world.

John Syekei, a partner in Bowman Gilfillan Africa Group’s Kenyan IP Practice says there has been a rapid increase in the number of IP disputes finding their way into Kenyan courts in recent times.
