COVID-19: TERS APPLICATIONS CLOSING DATES

The Director-General of the Department of Employment and Labour has now confirmed the closing dates for TERS applications as follows:

  • applications for TERS benefits for the period 25 March 2020 to 31 May 2020 will close on 25 September 2020;
  • applications for June 2020 will close on 15 October 2020; and
  • applications for the period 1 July to 15 September 2020 will close on
    30 October 2020.

No applications for TERS benefits shall be considered beyond the applicable closing date.
